Rapid Diagnostic Kit for Fives TORCH-IgM

Test Procedure

1. Bring the test cards to room temperature prior to testing.

2. Remove the test card from the foil pouch and lay on a level surface.

3. Add 2 drops (80-100ul) of serum into three Hole for Sample Entering respectively. Read the test result in 30 minutes. Over 30 minutes, the result is invalid. 

Interpretation of Results

Positive: Distinct color bands appear on the control and test regions .Both test line and control line indicates that you are pregnant.

Negative: Only one color band appear on the control region. No apparent band on the test region. There is no pregnancy.

Invalid: No visible bands at both or only one red reactive band appears on the test region.It is indicated the test failed or the strip invalided.

Precautions

1. Be sure to use serum for test, avoid repeatly freezing thawing the sample.

2. The outcome is effective beyond the test time.

3. Please use it in the period of validity.

4. If the patients, for the first time, is infected in less than 5 days, with no detected specific antibody,the result will be negative when this reagent used for the test.

5. The patient antibody (IgM) can be detected from the sample of a yearling baby, therefore, it is not appropriate to take this single experiment to evaluate the babys history of infection and immunization.

Limitations

1. For in-vitro diagnose use only.

2. This test belongs to the qualitative screening experiment. It is not suitable to use this reagent for the blood donor and organ transplantation patient to make the definite experiment, only limited to the screening experiment. When screening the tired host, be cautious to the outcome explanation.

3. There are differences between the antibody reaction of the immunosuppressant individual and immune hyperfunction individual.

Storage,Carriage and Validity

1. Store the kit in a dry place at 4~30. Keep away from light or heat. Protect from freezing. The validity is 18 months.

2. The reagent can be shipped in ambient temperature; take some protective measures to avoid or freezing and thawing in summer and winter.
